Terms of Sale – ROYAL DREAM 2022

ARTICLE 1: Objective

The following conditions are intended to inform customers about the possibilities of cancellation of the Royal Dream stay which will take place in Blanes from April 14 to 24, 2022.

The payment of the stay must however be made according to the conditions below: see the general sales conditions

 

ARTICLE 2: Cancellation conditions Section 2.1

Customers will be fully reimbursed no later than 14 working days after the announcement of the cancellation of the stay by the management of the Royal Dream or resulting from a government injunction.

Section 2.2

In the event of cancellation linked to a case of Covid-19 declared within the family (validated by a PCR test), customers will be fully reimbursed within 14 working days of the declaration by the customer of the case of Covid-19 at the direction of the Royal Dream.

 

ARTICLE 3: Cancellation conditions after April 1, 2022

No refund will be made in the event of cancellation after April 1, 2022.

 

ARTICLE 4 – COVID 19

Section 4.1

In the event of the appearance of symptoms linked to Covid-19 during the stay, the customer concerned must leave the hotel as soon as the contamination is proven. No refunds will be made.

Section 4.2

The Royal Dream is committed to implementing sanitary rules throughout the stay. Therefore, the Royal Dream does not engage its responsibility in the event of the appearance of symptoms linked to Covid-19 during the stay and no refund can be claimed on this basis.

 

ARTICLE 5 – Mediation

In the event of a dispute with the Royal Dream in connection with Covid-19, prior mediation is essential for any legal action.

 

Terms of Sales

 

Registration

Registration for our stay implies acceptance of the conditions listed below.

All registrations must be accompanied by a minimum deposit of 40% per person.

The balance must be paid at the latest before the handing over of the keys on your arrival. Registration only takes effect upon receipt of the deposit. A shortened stay does not entitle you to a refund.

Everyone must present proof of non-contamination with COVID-19 upon arrival.

 

 

Modifications of the programs

Some exceptionnale cases, external events or events beyond our control may lead us to modify our programs without our liability being engaged. The sums corresponding to the services not provided and not replaced would be reimbursed, excluding any damages.

In case of modification of one of the essential elements of the trip, or even complete cancellation of the stay, we will notify the people registered as soon as possible. However, we invite you to regularly consult the site https://royaldream.fr in order to be kept informed.

Responsibilities

The customer must take out insurance covering all contingencies that may arise during the duration of the stay. Indeed, Royal Dream insurance only covers community damage and not damage caused or suffered by individuals.

The Royal Dream cannot be held liable for any non-performance or poor performance of the contract attributable either to the customer or to other persons, or to the unforeseeable and insurmountable fact of a third party unrelated to the provision of the services provided for in the contract, or to a case of force majeure. Our liability is limited to the services included in the package.

Any service purchased on site, regardless of the entity or person who sold this service, does not fall within the scope of the trip organized by our company. Therefore, the purchase of this service does not engage our responsibility in the event of poor performance or accident.

Similarly, if you have booked a flight or pre- and post-routing yourself, any costs related to a modification or flight delay cannot engage our responsibility for covering these costs. The carrier assumes no responsibility for connections.

Also, we advise you to take modifiable tickets and to avoid important meetings the day before or after your trip.

 

Speakers and other facilitators

The names of the speakers and presenters are given for information only and have no contractual value. The annual schedule of speakers being subject to possible modifications until the day of departure, we invite you to regularly consult our website https://royaldream.fr to check for any changes.

We remind you that a change of speaker or presenter cannot be subject to any specific cancellation conditions.
